Big Game offers superb scuba diving and snorkelling expeditions from Cairns, the Gateway of The Great Barrier Reef. This is a exciting way to explore the fascinating underwater world, because we go to the less visited coral reefs that are isolated from the daily tourism boats. As we aren’t constrained by a tour schedule, we can move from one location to the other in whatever time frame you desire.
We can accomodate all levels, whether a first timer or an experienced dive enthusiast. Our vessel “Shikari”, provides a fast and comfortable ride out to the reef. Our friendly crew will guide you through a truly memorable experience with your own schedule. Two to three dives and snorkelling the reefs edge during your surface interval is our usual day. On your exclusive charter, if you wish we can troll off the reef for small marlin, sailfish and other pelagics. All billfish (marlin and sailfish) are released.
Big Game also offers great snorkelling for families of all ages. Snorkelling is the easiest way to enjoy the colours and variety of fragile corals and fish life found in the shallow lagoons. Take the chance to swim in Australia’s top snorkelling destinations with a local and knowledgable guide!
